Once the client accepts the Indicative Quote then a more formal contract can be done which will be valid for the shipment. Irrevocable Letter of Credit from a bank approved by our bank (Rabobank) is the only financial instrument that we accept as payment. The UCP 500 Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits shall apply to all Documentary Credits. Terms of delivery will be covered by The Incoterms 2000 (International Commercial Terms) are standard trade definitions most commonly used in international sales contracts.
